Join this hands-on workshop that focuses on sourdough bread baking.
We will work through mixing, bulk fermentation, shaping, baking and some troubleshooting along the way. Additionally, begin a sourdough starter and learn the care needed to keep a colony of wild yeast alive!
Each guest leaves with a dough in progress, a sourdough starter and some new skills.

Join this hands-on workshop that focuses on crafting fresh pasta at home. 
You'll learn the time-honored techniques of mixing, kneading, rolling, and shaping fresh pasta from scratch, no fancy machines required. We will work through two simple pasta recipes from start to finish and share a meal of our fresh pasta.

Seed saving and starting is a practical and simple skill to learn.
In this workshop you will learn the ins and outs of saving from collection to preparation, storage, stratification and everything in between. Then transition to seed starting. Learning how to start your own seeds for vegetable and ornamental plants opens the door to a world of varieties beyond the garden center.
Each guest will leave with the beginnings of a simple seed bank and a few new seed starts.

Are you interested in starting a garden or learning more about growing vegetables?
Join this workshop to learn the basics of plant selection, placement, care, harvesting and maintenance. Then, put your new knowledge to work and draft a garden plan for the spring.
Each guest will leave with a garden plan in hand, a few new seed starts, and the confidence to get it in dirt.
