• Please use the desktop version of the software
• Set aside 5-10 min to complete your child's full registration, including their schedule
• To avoid being charged in full up front, make sure to check every checkbox indicating "Pay Later" in your cart

Registration instructions (Step-by-step)

$20 enrollment fee per child
Weekly pricing will be calculated based on your selected schedule.

• The registration system will provide a virtual calendar for you to select your dates.
• When signing up, you will select the mornings or afternoons you need for the entire school year (if known). 
• If a date/month is not selected, your child is not enrolled during that time frame.  

Your weekly price will be calculated based on the following:

Mornings: 
Part-time rate (1-3 mornings): $21/week
Full time rate (4-5 mornings): $35/week

Afternoons:
Part-time rate (1-3 mornings): $21/week
Full time rate (4-5 mornings): $35/week

All payments will be due weekly on the Friday before your week of care. 

Fees are due weekly on the Friday before your week of care.

Payments can be made:

• Online
• Over the phone
• In person at the Recreation Department, 3330 Stahl Road 
  No payments are accepted on site. Autopay is available and can be set up by contacting the Rec Department.

To be eligible for a refund or fee adjustment, changes to your child's schedule must be reported at least 2 weeks prior.
No refunds will be given for short-notice cancellations. This includes cancellations for medical reasons and last-minute changes to your drop-off/pick-up schedule.
Refunds for snow days or other short-notice cancellations initiated by the Sheboygan Area School District will accumulate throughout the year and equivalent care will be provided at no charge towards the end of the school year.

Failure to pay will result in the child getting excluded from any future Recreation Department childcare.
