PRICING

Residents
Participants with a home address within the Sheboygan Area School District will pay the "Resident" fee upon registering. 

Non-residents
Participants with a home address outside the Sheboygan Area School District will pay the "Non-resident" fee upon registering. 

PAYMENTS

Activities
All activity registrations require payment up front. Without payment, the participant will not be enrolled. No exceptions will be made.

Childcare
For childcare, weekly payments are due no later than the Friday before the child receives care. Automatic payments are available, but must be set up by contacting the Rec Department directly. In addition, if automatic payments have already been authorized and the card information changes, payees must contact us to resume automatic payments. 

REFUNDS

Activities
Classes cancelled by the Community Recreation Department before the start date will be fully refunded.

If you drop out of a program before the start date, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds after program start will be handled as a case by case basis or receive a pro-rated amount.

Childcare
To be eligible for a refund or fee adjustment, changes to your child's schedule must be reported at least 2 weeks prior. No refunds will be given for short-notice cancellations. This includes cancellations for medical reasons and last-minute changes to your drop-off/pick-up schedule.
Refunds for snow days or other short-notice cancellations initiated by the Sheboygan Area School District will accumulate throughout the year and equivalent care will be provided at no charge towards the end of the school year.

Non-refundable fees
Initial registration fees for KidStop childcare, and Summer Childcare are non-refundable. 

Refund options
Refunds can be made back to your original payment method or can be placed as a credit to your account in the Rec Department registration system. Refunds to a debit/credit card are subject to a $2 fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

DISCOUNTS

Students
Financial assistance may be available to some students in the Sheboygan Area School District, based on income. The Recreation Department does not collect or ask for your income details, but will verify with the SASD Nutrition's Office about the status of a student. Please contact us for assistance.

Students in the Sheboygan Area School District are eligible for free Fitness Memberships for North/South High Gyms. Please contact us to register.

Seniors
Participants 60 years or older, with a home address within the Sheboygan Area School District, are eligible for a 15% senior discount. The discount will be applied automatically in your cart before checking out, provided your account has the correct birthdate listed. 

CANCELLATIONS

If the Sheboygan Area School district decides to cancel school, all Recreation Department will be cancelled as well.

In the event of bad weather, our supervisors will make a decision as soon as they are able to. For evening activities, a decision will be made by 4:00 p.m.
After 4:00pm, the cancellation decision will be made on site by an Umpire or Site Supervisor. 

Cancellations will be communicated to registered participants by email and/or text mesage.

PHOTOS

Recreation Department staff may occasionally be on site to take photos of an activity. By registering for or participating in activities or events with the Recreation Department, you grant us permission to use yours or your child's photograph or video for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to have your image used, please notify us by emailing mlevan@sasd.net prior to the event.
