Facilities/Rentals
The Community Recreation Department oversees the usage of all Sheboygan Area School District Facilities.

Before you inquire about renting, here are some important things to know:
- All non-school district sponsored renters must obtain and submit a Liability Insurance Certificate with the Sheboygan Area School District listed as additional insured. The policy must be for $1,000,000 or more. No rentals will be granted if this is not in place. Liability Insurance can typically be obtained through any insurance provider.
- A school district-provided custodian must be present during the entire time of the rental. All rentals outside of regular school hours are subject to custodian availability and will incur a custodian overtime fee of $40/hr.
- School-sponsored athletic programs and school-sponsored extracurricular activities will have first priority for the use of school facilities. The second priority will be granted to activities sponsored by the Community Recreation Department, followed by public rentals as the third priority. In the rare event that a school-sponsored activity is scheduled after a Community Recreation Department activity or a public rental has already been approved, the school-sponsored activity may assume use of the requested facility.
